Rediscover the PlayStation Portable. Start playing on your Windows PC, find the developers’ downloads, or get help with controls and saved games.
Start with the step you need
New to emulation? Follow the Windows setup guide from choosing a download to opening a game file. You do not need to understand every graphics setting to get started.
- Downloads — direct PPSSPP Windows files and the Jpcsp developer release page, with clear labels.
- About the Jpcsp emulator — understand the Java-based project behind this domain’s history.
- Compatibility and troubleshooting — separate a setup problem from a game-specific issue.
Keep your controls and saves in order
A working game is only the beginning. Make the buttons comfortable, find your saved data, and keep a backup before changing devices.
Find your next PSP game
Short sessions, rhythm games, racing and longer adventures all suit different play habits. Our PSP games guide helps you choose a starting point and check the details that matter before you play.
An independent PSP resource
JPCSP Guides is independently operated. We are not the Jpcsp development team and are not affiliated with Sony or PPSSPP. We link to developers for software and distinguish documented guidance from hands-on testing. About this website.
