Hi.

I was wondering about those requirements to play the compatible games.

Basically, minimal and recommend requirements, thanks

From what i know the requirements are usually 2-3 times what your trying to emulate....its why there isnt a ps3 emulator yet
i don't know why its like that

for most modern emulators the requirments are much higher than that.... usually about 20x

This really depends on the speed of the emulator.
If the emulator is fast it can be a lot better as 20 x the speed.
It is very possible to write a slow emulator and very hard to write a fast one so most likely its going to be at least 2 to 3 times as slow.
I'am afraid you will just have to test it.
